Base fee:
  • Discounted price for individuals who work at a non-profit within the Capital Region. This includes the following counties:
    Albany
    Columbia
    Greene
    Saratoga
    Schenectady
    Rensselaer
    Warren
    Washington
  • You must have a code provided by the MANY Staff to register at this level
  • Discounted Price for MANY Members who register before February 18, 2020
    If MANY does not receive your payment by February 18, the cost of your registration will automatically be increased to the next highest rate.
  • Discounted Price for attendees who register before February 18, 2020
  • Discounted price for full-time students. Photo of valid student ID must be submitted via email to conference@nysmuseums.org with 24 hours of registration submission.
  • Discounted price for Conference Session Presenters and Award of Merit Recipients.

Registration Process:

Our registration form has step by step instructions to register you and your guests for the conference, special events and capstone experiences.

  1. Please review the descriptions of the conference workshops, sessions, and capstone experiences before beginning the registration process.
  2. Is your membership current? Check your MANY Membership status here and renew today to get the discount.  Not a member? Click here to join. 

  3. You will be able to register guests for each event on the registration form.

Frequently Asked Questions:

  1. Can I pay by check? 
    Yes - when you complete your registration, simply choose the "Invoice Me" Option. All payments must be received by the end of the discounted regis
    tration period: 
    Invoices for early-bird registrations must be paid in full by February 18th. 
    Invoices for regular rate registrations must be paid in full by March 20th.
    Any registrations not paid in full will increase in price after the date listed above.

    Checks should be made out to Museum Association of New York and mailed to MA
    NY's office at 265 River Street, Troy, NY 12180.

  2. Can I bring a guest to one of the events?
    Yes! There are options on the form to indicate whether or not you will be bringing a guest.

  3. How can I register a second person from my organization?
    You will need to register each individual attending the conference separately.

  4. I am a MANY Member, but the discount is not available...
    Please make sure you are logged in to your MANY Profile. If you are unsure of your username(email) or password, please contact us via email or phone.

All Conference facilities are wheelchair accessible and ASL Interpretation will be provided upon request.  Please contact us via email.
