7. How do I get to Syracuse?

By plane: Delta Air Lines is pleased to offer special discounts for the Museum Association of New York. Click here to book flights or you can call Delta Meeting Network at 1-800-328-111 Monday - Friday 8 AM - 6:30 PM EST and refer to Meeting Event Code NY27H

By train: Syracuse has a convenient Amtrak station.

By car: Syracuse is 2.5 hours away from Albany and Buffalo and just over four hours from NYC. The hotel has a garage and conference attendees will receive discounted parking at $5 per night.

8. Will MANY require proof of vaccination or require any mask-wearing?

With the safety of our colleagues foremost in mind, conference attendees are asked to adhere to the CDC and New York State Department of Health guidelines for safe gatherings. The requirements mandated by the host site where the gathering will take place will prevail if they are more stringent than the guidelines offered by the CDC, New York State Department of Health, or MANY.

MANY will rely on the host organization in the administration of those requirements and will notify all attendees of those requirements.

These requirements may include wearing masks appropriately, practicing social distancing, practicing practical sanitation procedures, and any other safe gathering guidelines in place at the time of the conference.

Refunds requested after April 1 will not be granted, including requests made based on absence due to illness, late arrival and/or weather conditions. No refunds will be issued on special event tickets (Sunday brunch and dinner and Monday dinner) at any point due to restaurants and caterers requiring payment in advance; you are welcome to give or sell them to a colleague attending the conference.

Special event purchases are non refundable; restaurants and caterers require payment in advance.
