    The primary organization dedicated to actively and comprehensively preserving the history of Chenango County, CCHS celebrates local culture – unique traditions, noteworthy residents, and unusual stories.

    The Operations Manager will work closely with the Executive Director to manage and improve all aspects of operations, including financial administration, office management, volunteer & visitor services, facilities management, collections curation, and exhibition preparation

    Full Time Permanent

    Salary Range: $25,000-$30,000 

    Minimum Requirements: two years of experience in a financial administrative role, Associates degree, ability to maintain high level of accuracy with careful attention to detail, commitment to ongoing personal and organizational development, excellent IT skills, skilled at working independently and as part of a team, outstanding communication, numerical, verbal, and written skills, previous experience in a small/medium size organization (preferably in the heritage/cultural sector) working in a related discipline, strong multi-tasking, organizational, and time management skills
