About the Map
The Museum Association of New York compiles member locations and brings these geographic datasets together for public exploration. The boundary layers were updated in October 2026 and have been simplified for web display.
Source agencies maintain their own datasets; changes to those sources do not automatically update this map. For precise boundary questions, consult the original datasets. Official legislative district maps are also available from the New York State Legislative Task Force on Demographic Research and Reapportionment.
