The Present is Queer: Case Studies & Strategies for LGBTQ+ Representation in Museums

Museum professionals identifying as members of the LGBTQ+ community discuss successful models of LGBTQ+ inclusion and representation within American museums. With examples ranging from contemporary art to heritage preservation, national best practices and personal experience will be leveraged for a conversational primer on engaging with the cultural legacy and demographic needs of the LGBTQ+ community inside and outside the walls of your institution.
