Planning for Transformation, Shaping Organizational Identity

Fundamental transformation in identity, scope, and audience is often driven by necessity, but it happens most successfully when guided by a clearly articulated vision and guided by a plan. The Intrepid Sea, Air and Space Museum and Green-Wood Cemetery are in the midst of exciting transformations and will discuss their motivation, process, and the impact they intend to have on New York's cultural landscape and their audiences over time.

Evan Kingsley, Partner, Plan A Advisors
