2020 Conference Exhibitor Information

Our annual conference is the largest gathering of museum professionals in New York State (projected attendance 450). We are excited to bring the conference to Albany and hope to leverage all the best of New York’s capital city for conference attendees. All conference programs and events are within easy walking distance of the conference hotel Hilton Albany. 

Exhibitor Hall Information

  • Location: 4th Floor of the NYS Museum with freight elevator access
  • 30 exhibitor tables available (20 have been reserved as of 1/10/20). 
  • The exhibit hall will be open:

11 AM - 3 PM on Sunday, March 29

9:30 AM - 4 PM on Monday, March 30

  • Set up will be Saturday afternoon 1 - 4 PM or Sunday morning from 9:30 -11 AM. 
  • Break down is 4:00-5:00 PM on Monday afternoon. 
  • There will be coffee all day in the exhibit hall 
  • The silent auction will be located adjacent to the exhibitor area.
