Join us for a virtual workshop on the what, why, and how of strategic planning. Topics will include key components of a strategic plan, how to right-size a planning effort for your needs, and what to expect during strategic planning and implementation. Larissa Read Common Ground Consulting Larissa Read of Common Ground Consultingfacilitates actionable strategic plans and community engagement efforts for nonprofits, government organizations, and their partners. Larissa works with environmental nonprofits, cultural and historic sites, and partners such as the National Park Service, Mohonk Preserve, Springside Landscape Restoration, Aspen Chapel, Walkway Over the Hudson, and other clients in NY and beyond. Larissa also incorporates her extensive board leadership experience into her work. Common Ground Consulting is a New York State Certified Minority- and Women-Owned Business Enterprise (MWBE). |
